The freeze-drying plant is located in an own cleanroom area with personnel and material air lock. For cleaning all parts of the freeze-drying plant, which get in contact with products, an industrial washer with standardised washing programme is available. The sanitisation is performed with a drying programme at a drying temperature of 105°C.
