Lactosan pharma offers contract manufacturing service for microorganism based APIs under GMP/cGMP standard. The brand new production plant in Kapfenberg consists of a 1000 l fermentation unit including separartion by centrifugation. The whole facility is equipped with an automated CIP and SIP system. The validated process control system takes over all necessary tasks automatically.

A sterilizable Lyophilisation unit, a mill, blender and product storage facilities for 4°C and -20°C are placed in a fully controlled clean room, that meets all necessary standards.

The pharma plant will be ready for production in the 4th quarter of 2010
