March, 2011 Certificate of GMP Compliance of a manufacturer
Lactosan got the certificate of GMP compliance and manufacturer´s authorisation from the Austrian Bundesamt für Gesundheitswesen. Details of the new Pharma plant you can find under Lactosan Pharma.
September, 2010 expansion 4
Another extension phase (extension phase 4) has been started 2009 and is completed since mid of 2010. This was the biggest expansion in history of Lactosan. Following new equipment and production units are available now for our clients.
- Own Lyophilisation unit in a clean room for Lactosan biotech
- Extension of the lyophilisation capacity for microbial additves
- A new sachets filling machine for small amounts including labelling
- A new pharma plant for production of APIs under GMP
01.11.08 Start of the new Christian Doppler Laboratory for "genetic engineering of lactic acid bacteria"
This project is a co-operation with the University of life sciences, Vienna and the technical University in Graz
